Sadio Mane feels Liverpool are playing some special football after they swatted aside the challenge of Hull City today to ease to a 5-1 win in the Premier League. 

It took just 17 minutes for Liverpool to take the lead at Anfield, with Adam Lallana striking with a low shot after being fed by Philippe Coutinho.




Hull were then given a real mountain to climb as in the 29th minute, Ahmed Elmohamedy was sent off. The Hull man used his hand to block a shot from Coutinho, and as a result was sent off with a penalty given, which was slotted into the net by James Milner.

In the 36th minute it was 3-0, Liverpool rampant as Mane turned and hit a low shot which found the bottom corner.
 


Hull gave themselves hope in the 51st minute, with David Meyler getting on the end of a corner from Robert Snodgrass to lash his shot into the back of the net.

But it took only one minute for Liverpool to re-establish their three-goal cushion, with Coutinho being fed by Lallana and cracking a superb shot into the top corner.

Liverpool were awarded another penalty in the 70th minute, which Milner again converted, making it 5-1.

It ended 5-1, with Liverpool again having shown their attacking power and Mane was pleased to see his side pick up all three points.

"Maybe it's not one of our best games, but we scored a lot of goals and won", he was quoted as saying by the BBC.

"I am pleased with my time here so far, we're working hard and we will keep working hard.

"I think the way we play is special. We have a great team", Mane added.

Liverpool are now third with 13 points from their opening six Premier League games.
