Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has revealed that working with Brendan Rodgers this season has so far been a wonderful experience.

The Scottish champions parted ways with Ronny Deila at the end of last season, and former Liverpool boss Rodgers was handed the reins at Parkhead in the summer.

Rodgers has guided Celtic back to the Champions League group stage after a two-season gap, and they have made a flying start to their league campaign, showing no signal of loosening their grip at the top of Scottish football.

Griffiths, whose goals have been key in Celtic’s dominance in Scotland, has continued to score under the new manager as well, and the forward admits that he has thoroughly enjoyed working with the Northern Irishman, who he feels is a well of football knowledge.

In a Q&A session on Twitter, Griffiths was asked about Celtic's new manager and said about working with Rodgers: “It's been brilliant.
