West Ham co-chairman David Gold has insisted that the Hammers have the players and the manager in Slaven Bilic to turn their season around.

The Hammers have made a disastrous start to their season, and are currently on a four-game losing streak in the Premier League, which has pushed them down to 18th in the league table.

West Ham have lost five of their six league games, and also failed to make it to the group stage of the Europa League last month after losing to Romanian side Astra Giurgiu in the playoff round.

The east Londoners are already being touted as potential relegation candidates, and they were booed off the London Stadium pitch by their own fans on Sunday following their 3-0 loss to Southampton.

The atmosphere around the club is believed to be toxic as the Hammers try to deal with a crisis regarding their form, but Gold is confident that they have the personnel to get out of the rut this season.
