Chelsea youngster Lewis Baker has recognised the positive changes that have been brought about by the arrival of former Chelsea Under-21 assistant manager Andy Myers at Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.

The 42-year-old, who boasts a long term relationship with Chelsea, joined Vitesse as their assistant coach at the start of the season.

Having worked in the capacity of both the London-based side's Under-15 coach and as their Under-21 assistant coach, the former defender has brought with him his extensive range of experience and is now sharing his experience to help his new team.

According to Baker, Myers' help has proved to be useful and the ideas he has brought in with him have helped the team excel.

The 21-year-old also took time to explain the assistance he provided to Myers, helping him settle down in a new environment far away from home.
