Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed that his team have no major injury concerns, apart from Divock Origi, ahead of their trip to Swansea City this weekend.

The striker sustained a kick on his foot in training this week and is in the process of recovering match fitness ahead of the game.

The former Borussia Dortmund manager insists that the injury is nothing serious and the player could yet be available if he can recover within the stipulated period of time.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of Saturday's match, the German manager said: “Maybe Divock [will be out]. He got a little knock on his foot and we had to do a few more assessments, but in the end it is nothing major.

“Maybe it’s a little bit too short a period until the game, but we have to see. That’s all at the moment.”

Apart from that, the manager insists that there is no news of any injury with regards the Liverpool squad.

Indeed, Klopp explained that on the injury front he had a quiet week, with the remainder of the squad ready to travel to the Liberty Stadium to play Swansea in the Premier League game this Saturday.

“[There’s] not too much news, nothing really to talk about", Klopp added.

“It’s been a normal training week with a couple of little things here and there, but in this moment there is not really somebody in doubt."
