AIK boss Rikard Norling believes that in-demand wonderkid Alexander Isak must be carefully guided given his tender years, with people being fooled into thinking he is more mature than he is just because of his assured performances on the pitch.

Isak, 17, has been dubbed the 'new Zlatan Ibrahimovic' and has been linked with Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Liverpool and Real Madrid.

He penned a new contract with AIK earlier this year, keeping him at the club until 2018, but his impressive performances in the Swedish top flight mean the club are steeled for substantial bids landing on their desk sooner rather than later.

Given Isak's tender years, Norling believes the striker needs to be guided carefully however.

"He is the same age as my daughters and I know what they face in everyday life", the AIK coach told Sydsvenskan.

"He is a young man like any other of the same age and it is easy to forget and think that he has come further in his development just because he is good at football.

"But he has not.

"He needs to be guided, just like everyone else."

Isak has helped AIK to sit in third spot in the Swedish top flight, the Allsvenskan, with just six games remaining in the 2016 season.

Norling's men are next in action on Sunday when they play host to second placed Norrkoping, hoping to close the six-point gap between the two clubs.
