Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that his side are relishing the prospect of meeting Manchester City in a top-of-the-table clash on Sunday.

Spurs, who finished the 2015/16 campaign in third spot, are currently second in the Premier League with 14 points from six outings, just four behind leaders Manchester City.

Tottenham and Manchester City are the only two teams in the division who are yet to lose a Premier League game in the present campaign, with Pep Guardiola’s side having won all of their league matches thus far.

And Pochettino, who is expecting an exciting clash at White Hart Lane, explained that Spurs are looking forward to playing one of the best teams in England.

“It will be a very exciting game for all”, he told Spurs TV.
