Eunan O'Kane was blown away by the atmosphere at Elland Road as Leeds United downed Barnsley 2-1 in a Yorkshire derby.

The Whites snapped up O'Kane from Premier League outfit Bournemouth just before the transfer window slammed shut this summer and the midfielder has regularly been handed game time by Garry Monk.

He was again in the starting eleven for Leeds against Barnsley, with goals from Kyle Bartley and Pablo Hernandez giving the Whites a hard-fought win over a side who have been in fine form in the Championship this term.

The attendance was a whopping 27,000 and O'Kane was hugely impressed with the atmosphere.

He was also happy to see Leeds go into the international break with a win under their belt.
