Arsene Wenger has remained coy over the talk of his long term future at Arsenal and has refused to entertain questions over a new deal at the club.

The Frenchman’s current contract with Arsenal expires at the end of the season and there has been talk that the FA could look to tempt him to take over the England job next summer.

Arsenal remain keen to extend the contract for Wenger, who recently completely 20 years with the north Londoners and have been prepared to offer him a new deal.

Wenger has always deferred the decision on his future at Arsenal to a later date and when again asked about a new contract with the club in the wake of David Seaman urging the club to offer him a fresh one, the Frenchman again remained non-committal.

He said in a press conference: “I don’t want to speak about that as I have spoken about it a lot of times.
