Fixture: Rangers vs Celtic
Competition: Scottish League Cup
Kick-off: 14:15 (UK time)

Celtic have officially confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes to lock horns with rivals Rangers in a Scottish League Cup semi-final tie at Hampden Park this afternoon.

The Bhoys head into the tie on the back of a Champions League defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach, however they did beat the Gers 5-1 in a league meeting in September, meaning that Brendan Rodgers' men will approach the game with confidence.

Looking to beat rivals Rangers, Rodgers opts for Jozo Simunovic to partner Erik Sviatchenko in the heart of defence, ahead of goalkeeper Craig Gordon. Scott Brown will look to dominate in midfield, while Nir Bitton is alongside him. Scott Sinclair, James Forrest and Tom Rogic are all attack-minded players in the side, with Moussa Dembele up top.

On the bench, Rodgers can call for Leigh Griffiths if he needs to throw on another striker, while Patrick Roberts is another attacking option. Kolo Toure is also amongst the substitutes.
