Manchester City have officially announced their starting eleven and substitutes to take on local rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford for a place in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup tonight.

Pep Guardiola's side go into the fixture on the back of a concerning five game winless run, which they will be desperate to change this evening. Manchester United meanwhile lost 4-0 away at Chelsea on Sunday.




For his team at Old Trafford, Guardiola goes with Leroy Sane and Jesus Navas, the pair offering width against the Red Devils, while Nolito will be looking to be a goal threat. Fernando also plays, offering experience, while the central defensive pairing are Nicolas Otamendi and Vincent Kompany. Willy Caballero is between the sticks.

Guardiola has Raheem Sterling on the bench if he needs to throw on another attacking player, while Sergio Aguero is also available to be picked. Ilkay Gundogan is another option.
