Leeds United striker Chris Wood feels it is important that his side move on from their win on Tuesday night and focus on the league again.

The Yorkshire giants scored a famous win over Norwich earlier this week to book their place in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup, for only the second time in the last 20 years.

Garry Monk’s men have been on a high since the win at Elland Road, but Wood feels it is important that they move on from the game as soon as possible and concentrate on their next assignment.

The Leeds striker admits that every game is different so players cannot afford to carry any hangover from their last win and stressed the importance of the Whites focusing on the Championship again.

The Kiwi told LUTV: "Mostly you have to draw a line and go again.
