Rangers midfielder Josh Windass is enjoying proving his doubters wrong and continuing playing football at the top level.

The Gers snapped up the 22-year-old midfielder form Accrington Stanley for a paltry compensation fee and the midfielder has become a crucial member of Mark Warburton’s squad.

Windass has struggled with injuries this season, but it is nothing new for the midfielder as he was released by Huddersfield in 2012 after suffering a broken leg, but he fought back to make a career in football.

The midfielder has indicated that he loves proving his doubters wrong, suggesting that many doubted whether he would ever recover from suffering a broken leg when he was just starting out in football.
