Galatasaray have kicked off efforts to convince Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Bruma to put pen to paper on a new contract.

The winger, who came through the esteemed youth academy at Sporting Lisbon, has been linked with the Premier League pair, although he played down the talk when asked about it last month.

Bruma's agent revealed early on Monday that he was to hold talks with Galatasaray over his client as a new deal is discussed.

"We will on Monday discuss the conditions offered for a renewal of the current contract", Catio Balde told Portuguese sports daily O Jogo.

Galatasaray signed the 22-year-old winger from Sporting Lisbon in 2013, with the winger putting pen to paper on a contract running until 2018 at the Turk Telekom Arena.
