Rangers centre-back Clint Hill says it is easy to name the toughest opponent he has ever faced, with Luis Suarez just outstanding in the view of the defender.

The 38-year-old came up against Suarez on several occasions in the Premier League, with the Uruguayan international turning out for Liverpool, while Hill played at Queens Park Rangers.

Suarez, who joined Liverpool from Ajax in January 2011, amassed 133 appearances for the Merseyside giants, scoring 82 times and providing 53 assists before joining Barcelona in the summer of 2014.

The striker has been in fine form for Barcelona too, with the 29-year-old scoring a staggering 95 times in just 112 games in all competition for the Spanish champions, in addition to setting up 56 goals.

And Hill, who joined Rangers from QPR on a free transfer in the summer, has named Suarez the toughest player he has come up against so far.
