Arsenal attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil believes with a little bit of luck the Gunners have the ability to win the Champions League.
Arsene Wenger is yet to lead Arsenal to Champions League glory during his long tenure at the club and their recent showings in the competition are nothing to write home about.
Arsenal have been knocked out of the last 16 of the competition for the last six seasons running, but Ozil feels with a little bit of luck, his team could win the Champions League.
The German feels Arsenal have not enjoyed the rub of the green in the last 16 draw in recent seasons, but also admits that they have failed to stand up to some of the big teams in Europe.
However, he feels his side just need some luck as he certainly believes that Arsenal have the quality in their ranks to go all the way in the competition.

The German told Spanish daily Marca: “I think we need to be luckier, in every sense. First, talking about the Champions League, we need to get luckier in terms of the draw.
“These past few seasons we had Barcelona and Bayern [Munich] very early on.
"And even with that, we had our chances, but I think we lacked a bit more confidence against the big teams, especially in those rounds.
“It is a series of factors but we believe we can make that jump.”
When asked whether he truly believes Arsenal can win the Champions League, Ozil said: “I hope so, I think we have a team that can do it.
“Like I said, we need a bit more luck, but why couldn't we? We have great players.”
