Fixture: Chelsea vs Stoke City
Competition: Premier League
Kick-off: 15:00 (UK time)

Chelsea have officially named their starting line-up and substitutes to play host to Stoke City at Stamford Bridge this afternoon in a Premier League fixture.

The Blues currently boast a six-point lead at the top of the Premier League table and can pile pressure on title rivals Liverpool and Manchester City by beating the Potters to move, if only temporarily, nine points clear at the top of the standings.

Looking to edge out the Potters, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte picks Diego Costa to spearhead the attack, with Eden Hazard and Willian alongside him. Cesc Fabregas slots into midfield alongside N'Golo Kante, while Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso offer width. Gary Cahill wears the captain's armband.

From the bench, Conte can call for Michy Batshuayi if he needs to introduce another striker at any point during the game, while Nemanja Matic is an experienced midfield option.
