We Can Beat Spurs And Get Three Points – Chelsea Star Oozing Confidence

Chelsea winger Willian is confident that the Blues can take all three points from their trip to White Hart Lane on Wednesday.

The Brazilian was in fine form on New Year's Eve and scored twice as Chelsea beat Stoke City 4-2 at Stamford Bridge to make it 13 Premier League wins in a row, closing in on Arsenal's record of 14, set in 2002.

Next up for the Blues is a big test against rivals Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Wednesday, but Willian believes that although Spurs will be tough opponents, Chelsea can win yet again to keep their sensational run going.

"We know it will be a difficult game for us", Willian told Chelsea TV.

"But I think we can go there and get the three points", he added.

Chelsea sit top of the Premier League on the first day of 2017, with a lead of six points over second placed Liverpool after 19 games played.

The Blues take a break from league action following their trip to Spurs as Peterborough in the FA Cup are on the agenda next weekend.

Chelsea then play champions Leicester City at the King Power Stadium, followed by welcoming Hull City to Stamford Bridge.

Antonio Conte's men round off the month of January by taking on Liverpool at Anfield.
