Juventus have identified AC Milan full-back Mattia De Sciglio as a possible replacement for Manchester United linked Patrice Evra, according to Turin-based daily Tuttosport.
Evra, who joined Juventus from Manchester United in the summer of 2014, has been linked with a return to the Red Devils during the ongoing winter transfer window.
As a result, Juventus have zeroed in on AC Milan’s De Sciglio if Evra does indeed depart for Manchester United in January.
The Frenchman, whose present contract with the Bianconeri is set to expire next summer, has thus far made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Italian champions in the present campaign.
In total, Evra has so far turned out 82 times for Juventus and has helped the club to win two Serie A titles, two Coppa Italia and a Supercoppa Italiana.
On the other hand, De Sciglio, who is contracted with AC Milan until 2018, has heavily featured for the Rossoneri this season, making 16 appearances in all competitions.
The 24-year-old has 30 caps for Italy to his name and has also represented the nation at various youth levels.
