Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that the club are yet to receive offers for the defensive duo of Carl Jenkinson and Mathieu Debuchy.

Jenkinson missed the start of the season due to an injury and has played very little football since his return with Arsenal ready to offload the defender during the January transfer window.

Debuchy and Wenger’s relationship has been going downhill since last January and the French defender recently opened up about Arsenal rejecting an offer from Manchester United last year, which the Gunners boss clearly denied.

Wenger admits that he is ready to offload the duo in January, but insisted that Arsenal are yet to receive any offers for either Jenkinson or Debuchy in the winter window.

Asked about receiving any offers for Jenkinson and Debuchy, the Arsenal boss said in a press conference: “No.”

When probed whether he still intends to move them on, the Frenchman said: “Yes, but then we’ll see.”

Debuchy is currently nursing an injury and is not expected to regain fitness before the middle of the month.
