Chelsea are continuing to hold talks with Swansea City over signing Fernando Llorente and Michy Batshuayi could form part of the deal, according to Sky Italia.

Blues boss Antonio Conte wants to land Llorente as backup to Diego Costa and Chelsea are working on granting their manager's wish.

The Premier League leaders are now working overtime to convince the Swans to allow the Spaniard to leave the Liberty Stadium and Batshuayi could be used as a sweetener.

The striker has struggled for game time since he joined Chelsea from Marseille in the summer and has been linked with joining either Crystal Palace or West Ham United on loan.

But Batshuayi may move to Swansea on a loan deal which could form part of a deal to take Llorente to Stamford Bridge.
