Juventus are expected to consider other options after looking at the possibility of signing Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin.

The Italian champions are seeking to bolster their midfield options this month and have a shortlist of players they are looking to pursue as they look to strengthen their squad.

Sporting Lisbon’s Adrien Silva is said to be one of the names included, but it seems he is not the kind of midfielder Juventus are looking to add to their squad at the moment.

And according to Sky Italia, Manchester United’s Schneiderlin was one of the players the Bianconeri were closely studying as they weighed up their options in January.

The Frenchman is expected to leave Manchester United this month after struggling to get minutes under Jose Mourinho this season and has asked for a transfer from the club in the winter window.
