Serie A giants Roma are interested in snapping up West Ham winger Sofiane Feghouli during the January transfer window.

Roma sporting director Frederic Massara is in England to conduct the club’s transfer business and is expected to hold a series of meetings with a number of clubs for players.

And it seems another player has been added to his list of targets for his London trip as according to Italian broadcaster Sky Italia, the Roma transfer chief is looking at the possibility of signing West Ham winger Feghouli.

Roma have proposed an initial loan deal with an option to make the move permanent, but the Hammers are not keen on such an arrangement for Feghouli in January.

The east Londoners seem to be asking for an outright sale and demanding a fee in excess of €10m before they agree to part ways with the former Valencia winger this month.

Massara is expected to continue to talk to West Ham during his London trip in order to find an agreement over a deal for Feghouli as he looks to snap up another Premier League based player for Roma in the winter window.

Feghouli joined West Ham from Valencia in the summer on a free transfer and has made just nine Premier League appearances this season.

Massara is also holding talks with Chelsea and Everton on behalf of Roma, in order to agree loan deals for Charly Musonda and Gerard Deulofeu respectively this month.
