Juventus have been linked with moving for Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno this month.

The Italian champions are preparing to dip into the transfer market to replace Patrice Evra, who is expected to leave Turin in search of regular first team football.

And Juventus could try to tempt Liverpool's Moreno to Italy, according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato.

Moreno has fallen out of favour at Anfield as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp prefers to trust in midfielder James Milner at left-back, something which has seen the Spaniard regularly on the bench.

It has been suggested that Klopp may be open to selling Moreno and the player's former club Sevilla have already been linked with a potential move.

Liverpool signed the 24-year-old from Sevilla in 2014, however he soon drew criticism for his poor defensive displays.

Moreno has made just seven Premier League appearances for Liverpool this season, clocking up 252 minutes of action.

His contract at Anfield runs until the summer of 2019.
