Hull City manager Marco Silva says there have been no developments regarding Robert Snodgrass despite West Ham United's interest.

The Hammers saw Hull knock back a £3m bid for Snodgrass recently, while they were then claimed to have increased the offer to £5m in the hope of doing a deal.

However, Silva rates Snodgrass as a key man and was clear after Hull's last game that he does not want to see the forward depart.

Asked about Snodgrass and his situation at a press conference today, Silva said: "He is our player and is an important player for our team.

"There is nothing new", he added.

West Ham have been keen to add Snodgrass to their ranks at the London Stadium as they look to make additions during the current transfer window.

The forward has continued to turn out for Hull despite the transfer speculation and clocked up all 90 minutes during the Tigers' 2-0 loss at Manchester United in the EFL in midweek.

Hull signed Snodgrass from Norwich City in 2014.
