Swansea and Southampton are monitoring Young Boys midfielder Yoric Ravet in the current winter transfer window.

The 27-year-old Frenchman has been in good form for the Swiss outfit this season and his performances have attracted the attention of a few clubs in his homeland and England.




According to French sports daily L’Equipe, Swansea and Southampton are two of the clutch of clubs who are keeping a close watch on the player in the current winter window.

Ligue 1 outfits Toulouse and Nice are also interested in snapping up the French midfielder and even Bundesliga side Hoffenheim are monitoring his performances with Young Boys.
 


A product of French outfit Grenoble, Ravet has been in good nick for Young Boys and has scored six goals and provided 14 assists in the current campaign.

The Swiss outfit are aware of Ravet’s importance to their side and have shown no inclination thus far of allowing the player to leave during the current winter transfer window.

He has a contract until 2019 with Young Boys, who signed the player from Grasshoppers in January last year.
