Everton have agreed to consider a loan plus purchase option for Gerard Deulofeu as AC Milan continued to probe the Merseyside club for the Spanish winger.

The deal appeared to have been deadlocked as Everton seemed adamant about inserting an obligatory purchase clause into any loan agreement for Deulofeu, but AC Milan only wanted an optional clause.




Deulofeu has continued to push for a move to the San Siro and it seems his persistence has paid off as Everton are said to have finally decided to agree to AC Milan’s method of transaction.

According to Sky Italia, the Premier League outfit are ready to consider the loan plus purchase option and head into negotiations with AC Milan for the Spaniard’s departure.
 


AC Milan have continued to maintain contact with Everton and the club are now working on the figures of the deal that would meet the Toffees’ requirements for a loan agreement.
