Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has admitted that winning seven Premier League games in a row for the first time in 50 years would be a fantastic achievement for his side, with the Argentine insisting that his charges would deserve full credit for it.

Spurs have won their last six games in the Premier League and seven in all competitions and are on verge of creating a club record.

Pochettino’s men will travel to the Etihad Stadium to take on Manchester City on Saturday and will aim to defeat the Citizens for the second time this season to keep their winning run intact.

The Argentine, who recently completed four years in England as a manager, feels that achieving the feat would be great for his team and said Spurs now need to accomplish bigger things.

“It would be a fantastic achievement”, Pochettino said in a press conference.
