Alvaro Morata does not want to stay at Real Madrid if Zinedine Zidane remains their coach next season, with the Arsenal target asking his agent to study offers to leave the club this summer, according to Spanish radio station Cadena SER's programme El Larguero.

Morata was heavily linked with Arsenal and Chelsea last summer, when Real Madrid activated a buy-back clause to rope him in from Juventus, while the pair have again been linked this month.

Instead of selling Morata, Real Madrid kept the Spaniard, who has failed to nail a regular starting role under Zidane, being overlooked, something which has left him unhappy

The 24-year-old has thus far clocked up 1148 minutes over 26 appearances in all competitions in the present campaign, scoring nine times and setting up four goals.

Morata, it is claimed, feels cheated and wants to leave Real Madrid in the summer if Zidane continues to be their coach beyond the season.

The forward has already asked his agent to listen to offers for him and that could place Arsenal and Chelsea on red alert.

It remains to be seen whether either of the Premier League giants decide to try their luck this month before the transfer window slams shut next week.
