AC Milan have joined Inter Milan in the chase for Manchester United and Chelsea linked defender Stefan de Vrij, but Lazio are keen to sell him to a club outside Italy.

The Dutchman has been one of the most consistent defenders in Serie A since joining Lazio from Feyenoord after the 2014 World Cup and has attracted interest from clubs in Italy and abroad.

Inter have been keeping an eye on him for months and have reportedly agreed terms of a contract with his representatives and even Manchester United and Chelsea have been on his trail.

And it seems another Milanese giant have joined the chase for the Dutchman as according to Corriere dello Sport, AC Milan are also interested in signing the 25-year-old in the summer.

Armed with new Chinese investment, the Rossoneri are planning a big summer window and the Lazio defender is one of the players who are on their wishlist for the window.
