Inter Milan are prepared to loan Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Patrik Schick back to Sampdoria for a season in order to sign him this summer.

The 21-year-old Czech forward, who joined Sampdoria last summer from Sparta Prague, has enjoyed a fruitful first season in Italy and has gathered admirers with his performances.

Tottenham and Arsenal have regularly kept tabs on him this season and could be interested in signing him at the end of the campaign, but it seems Inter are the ones who are doing all the running for him at the moment.

Inter are preparing to trigger the €25m release clause in the forward’s contract and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, they are ready to sweeten the deal for Sampdoria by loaning him back for next term.

Schick is one of the top targets for Inter in the summer and they are preparing to go that extra mile in order to get a deal over the line for the striker.

Sampdoria have been working hard behind the scenes to agree a new deal with the striker’s representatives and are trying to raise or completely get rid of the release clause.

They are aware that the figure in the clause is not imposing enough for some of the top clubs and want the new release clause to be around the €50m mark in order to protect their asset.
