Chelsea have named their starting line-up and substitutes to play West Brom at the Hawthorns this evening as they try to wrap up the Premier League title.
If Antonio Conte's side can take all three points against the Baggies then they will move ten points clear at the top of the table, meaning second placed Tottenham Hotspur would be unable to close the gap with three games to play.
The Blues have Thibaut Courtois between the sticks, while at the back Conte goes with the familiar three of Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill and David Luiz. In midfield, Chelsea pick Cesc Fabregas and he slots in alongside Nemanja Matic. Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso are wing-backs.
Up top carrying the attacking threat, Chelsea field Pedro Rodriguez, Diego Costa and Eden Hazard.
If Conte needs to change the game at any point this evening, he can bring on N''Golo Kante, while Willian and Michy Batshuayi are attacking options.
