Youri Tielemans appears all set to join Monaco after the Ligue 1 side agreed a fee with Anderlecht for the services of the midfielder, who has been linked with a clutch of clubs, including Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

The young midfielder has made a big impression with Anderlecht and though the Belgian giants were hoping to keep him for a further year, they now look to have conceded defeat.

Indeed, according to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht have accepted an offer in principle of €25m (£21.2m) for Tielemans.

The teenager is now scheduled to have his medical with Monaco after the season ends as the principality outfit bid to quickly wrap up the deal.

Tielemans has been linked with a number of Europe's biggest clubs, including Premier League duo Liverpool and Tottenham, and it remains to be seen if other sides now come to the party as it becomes clear what sum is needed to snare the Belgian.
