Chelsea legend Tommy Langley believes that the Blues have now put a dampener on Tottenham Hotspur's last ever game at White Hart Lane this weekend.

The Blues won the Premier League title on Friday night by edging out West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns, moving ten points clear of Tottenham at the top of the table.

As Spurs have just three games left to play, they cannot catch Chelsea at the top of the table and Langley thinks the Blues have thrown a spanner in the works of Spurs' final ever match at White Hart Lane, against Manchester United on Sunday.

Langley said on Chelsea TV: "Listen, we love doing Spurs anyway.

"Now it's the last game at White Hart Lane they were looking for some fireworks", the Blues legend continued.

"There's no fireworks there on Sunday now."

Tottenham are looking to sign off at White Hart Lane by beating Jose Mourinho's Manchester United outfit on Sunday.

Despite not being able to overhaul Chelsea at the top of the table, Spurs will at least finish above Arsenal and secure a Champions League spot this season.
