Arsenal and Liverpool linked forward Alexandre Lacazette has not hidden his desire to leave Lyon this summer but also added that there is still a possibility that he could continue at the club.

The Frenchman has been regularly linked with a move away from Lyon over the last few years, but Les Gones have so far managed to resist the temptation to sell their top forward.

Arsenal and Liverpool have been regularly linked with a move for Lacazette and Atletico Madrid have reportedly identified the 25-year-old as their top target for the summer.

And there are suggestions that at the end of the season Lacazette will finally leave Lyon as the club look to cash in after another prolific season for the Frenchman.

Lacazette admits that he is planning to leave Lyon after a number of years at the club, but has not ruled out the possibility of staying at the Ligue 1 club.

The forward told OL TV: “I am told, that I have been criticised elsewhere, but I am not hiding that I have done a lot for this club and would like to go elsewhere when it happens.

“But I am not excluding the possibility of staying because I don’t want to go in and just say ‘I am leaving’.”

Lacazette has netted 35 goals in 44 appearances Lyon this season and has a contract until 2019 with the club.
