Leeds United and Charlie Taylor have not had any contact since the club fined the defender two weeks wages.

The Whites disciplined the left-back after he refused to make himself available for their final game of the season away at Wigan Athletic.

Taylor is out of contract this summer and, attracting interest from several Premier League clubs, is expected to move on from the Whites.

Leeds have offered Taylor a new deal in order to make sure they will be due a compensation fee when he does move on.

And, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the club have not had any contact with Taylor since they fined him two weeks wages, with the left-back showing no interest in signing the contract.

Taylor slapped in a transfer request at Elland Road last summer, but Leeds refused to accept it.

The Championship club were also unwilling to sell the left-back in the winter transfer window.

West Brom boss Tony Pulis has been open about his interest in signing Taylor, but the Baggies manager does not want to run the risk of a tribunal deciding the fee, meaning the Premier League side are trying to agree a fee with Leeds.
