FC Twente already have a replacement in place for Leeds United target Mateusz Klich, in a further sign they will be willing to cash in on the Poland international.

The midfielder has been linked with moving to the Championship club this summer, as the Yorkshire giants look to reinforce a squad which finished just outside the playoff places this season.

According to Dutch outlet Soccer News, Twente could well be willing to sell Klich as they already have a replacement for the Pole.

Indeed, the Tukkers have a pre-contractual agreement in place with midfielder Danny Holla, who will join following the expiration of his contract at PEC Zwolle this summer.

Holla, 29, is viewed as a ready-made replacement for Klich, making selling the Poland star a painless process for Twente.

Leeds already have a number of options in midfield, but a lack of strength in depth was tagged in some quarters as one of the reasons the club could not hold onto a top six finish at the business end of the campaign.

Klich only joined Twente last year on a three-year deal from German club Kaiserslautern. He also turned out in Germany with Wolfsburg.
