Atalanta have named their price for Chelsea and Liverpool linked defender Andrea Conti, ahead of the summer transfer window.

The 23-year-old full-back, who has played as a midfielder this season, has been attracting the prying eyes of a number of top clubs across Europe over recent months with his performances.




Chelsea and Liverpool have been keeping a close watch on the player for some time, and there has also been talk of Bayern Munich, AC Milan and Inter Milan being interested in the Italian.

While Atalanta have rejected offers from Atletico Madrid and AC Milan in recent weeks, the club are warming up to the idea of selling the player and have set a price for him.
 


According to Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A outfit have slapped a €20m asking price on Conti and are waiting to see which clubs are ready to match that figure.

Atalanta have now thrown the gauntlet down to Conti's suitors to show how serious they are about snapping him up.

The defender, who has a contract until 2021 with Atalanta, clocked up 34 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring eight goals and providing five assists.

The 23-year-old was in terrific form this season and there are expectations that he could soon break into the Italy senior squad on the back of his performances.
