Manchester City legend Pablo Zabaleta has officially joined West Ham United, putting pen to paper with the London side.

The Argentine opted to leave Manchester City following the end of the season, with a new challenge on his mind, and the Hammers have wasted no time in tempting him to the London Stadium.




It had been claimed West Ham were putting a contract worth £100,000 per week in front of Zabaleta, to win the race for his signature.

Now the deal has been done, with co-chairman David Sullivan's son Jack posting a photograph of Zabaleta signing his contract.

The Hammers are yet to disclose the contract length and are expected to make an announcement on the precise deal for the 32-year-old shortly.
