Toulouse president Olivier Sadran has insisted that he won’t sell West Ham target Martin Braithwaite in the summer if he doesn’t receive a suitable offer.

The 25-year-old centre forward has grabbed the attention of several clubs in Europe with his performances in France this season, scoring 12 goals in all competitions.

West Ham and Southampton have been linked with a move for the Dane this summer and there is also talk of interest from Koln, Hoffenheim and Serie A giants Fiorentina.

There has been speculation that Braithwaite, also Toulouse captain, is almost certain to leave the Ligue 1 outfit, but Sadran is not too keen on the certainty of the forward parting ways with his club.

The Toulouse president indicated that he will block any move if he doesn’t receive a suitable offer for the 25-year-old forward.

Sadran told French sports daily L’Equipe: “Everyone is saying Martin will leave.

“I have not heard anything.

"We’ll see if someone suggests a price that is in line with what I want.

“Otherwise Martin will continue at Toulouse.”

Braithwaite, who has a contract until 2019 with Toulouse, has also earned 14 international caps for Denmark.
