PSV Eindhoven CEO Toon Gerbrands says that Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are amongst a number of clubs who are open to signing players and then sending them to the Netherlands.

With transfer prices heading in only one direction, Dutch clubs are finding it increasingly difficult to battle for talent and are having to become creative in their approach.

Gerbrands admits PSV are looking at ways to work with top clubs in order to take talents to the Philips Stadion.

He revealed that discussions have been held with Bayern Munich, while three Premier League giants are also open to arrangements by which players head to the Netherlands.

"There are sometimes players who we cannot pay, but top clubs can", Gerbrands told the Eindhovens Dagblad

"If a deal is possible, we need to loan and see if there are opportunities to benefit more from a sell on or good development than is the case now.

"During the Champions League matches with Bayern Munich, we talked a lot with the officials at the club.

"However, Manchester City, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are open to this model and there are sometimes informal conversations with these clubs.

"We can also turn to other top clubs", the PSV supremo added.

PSV had Marco van Ginkel and Oleksandr Zinchenko on loan this season, from Chelsea and Manchester City respectively.

The club will not have Champions League football to offer to any new arrivals over the summer though as they could finish just third in the Eredivisie this season.
