Juventus have initiated contact with Liverpool midfielder Emre Can’s agent with regards to the possibility of signing the German in the summer.
Can, who played a key role in Liverpool’s finishing fourth in the Premier League last season, has been in talks with the Reds over a new deal but there has been little progress.
With his contract expiring at the end of next season, the German’s future at Liverpool has been under a cloud and there are suggestions that he could be leaving Anfield in the summer.
Juventus are aware of the midfielder’s contract situation at Liverpool and Can is on their shortlist of targets for the summer, with the club considering signing him in the coming months.
According to Sky Italia, the Italian champions have already initiated talks with the midfielder’s agent over the possibility of signing Can in the transfer window and have been keeping tabs on his situation at Liverpool.
