La Liga giants Sevilla want to win the race for the services of Celtic striker Moussa Dembele this summer.

Dembele is set to be the subject of a transfer scramble on the back of his goalscoring exploits in Scotland with Brendan Rodgers' treble winners this season.

He is already wanted by AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund, while Chelsea are reportedly also keeping tabs on the Frenchman's situation at Celtic Park.

Now, according to Spanish daily Sport, Sevilla are firmly in the race.

The Spanish giants are desperate to snap Dembele up, but are fully aware they will face significant opposition in their efforts to do so.

While Sevilla have several striking options, Dembele is their priority and the club are hoping to put an attractive project on the plate for the former Fulham man.

Sevilla are also working on coming up with a proposal which convinces Celtic to sell.

With new Sevilla sporting director Oscar Arias convinced Dembele is exactly what is needed, Los Rojiblancos are expected to push hard for the striker's signature.
