Rangers have confirmed that goalkeeper Liam Kelly has signed a new two-year deal with the club.

The 21-year-old, who is a product of Rangers’ youth system, spent the 2016/17 season on loan at Livingston.

He made 14 appearances in all competitions for Livingston, keeping a clean sheet, as the Lions earned promotion to the Scottish Championship by winning the Scottish League One title.

Kelly’s impressive performances at the Almondvale Stadium has managed to impress Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha, who decided to reward him with a new deal.

The youngster, who is yet to make his first team debut for the Gers, enjoyed another successful loan spell at East Fife in the second half of the 2015/16 campaign.
