Torino have rejected another player plus cash offer from AC Milan for the signature of Manchester United target Andrea Belotti, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 23-year-old Italy international’s future at Torino is uncertain after a prolific season, which has led to interest from clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea and AC Milan.

Chelsea are reported to be after Romelu Lukaku at the moment and Manchester United are only expected to turn towards Belotti if they fail to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid.

AC Milan have their sights set on Belotti and it has been claimed that they slapped in an offer worth €50m and an option to sign Gianluca Lapadula in exchange for the Italy international.

However, Torino have knocked back the offer from the Rossoneri and are in no mood to lose the player for anything less than €100m figure mentioned in his release clause, which is applicable for only foreign clubs.

AC Milan are unlikely to financially compete with Manchester United for Morata and therefore the club have turned their attention towards signing Belotti from Torino.

The Rossoneri are expected to get back to Torino with a new proposal soon and could also offer players such as Juraj Kucka and M’Baye Niang to further sweeten the deal.
