Juventus are prepared to make an offer for Bayern Munich winger Douglas Costa to beat off competition from clubs such as Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

The German champions are willing to listen to offers for the Brazilian winger, who failed to become a regular starter under Carlo Ancelotti this season and has been deemed to surplus to requirements.




Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham are said to be interested in the player and even Barcelona are reportedly considering making a move for the former Shakhtar Donetsk winger.

But it seems Juventus are poised to steal a march on the other clubs by slapping in a bid with Bayern Munich soon to take Costa to Italy during the summer transfer window.
 


According to Italian daily Tuttosport, the Serie A champions are prepared to place an offer of around €35m on Bayern Munich’s table and are confident of thrashing out an agreement with the Bavarians.

However, Juventus are aware that they might have add to have a few more millions to their offer should Barcelona or other clubs show more concrete interest in the coming days.

Massimiliano Allegri wants to build on another fine season at Juventus where they won the league title again and made it to the Champions League final for the second time in three years.

And Costa is one of the players the Juventus boss is keen to have on board before the start of next season.
