Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique could hold talks with Inter Milan soon for the signature of Chelsea and Manchester United target Ivan Perisic.

Manchester United have been chasing the Croatian’s signature over the last few weeks and have already agreed the terms of a four-year contract with the player’s representatives, while Chelsea have lodged an enquiry to keep themselves informed of developments.

Jose Mourinho's men are yet to reach an agreement with Inter, who have so far rejected two offers from the Red Devils and are holding out for a fee close to the €50m mark.

And Chelsea and Manchester United might now face competition from PSG, who have also been on Perisic’s trail, but are yet to make any concrete moves for him.

That could change in the next few days as according to Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, PSG sporting director Henrique could meet Inter to discuss the possibility of signing the Croatian.

The PSG deal maker is in Milan at the moment to conduct transfer business and it has been claimed that he could use the opportunity to meet the Inter hierarchy to discuss Perisic.

It remains to be seen whether PSG agree to meet Inter’s asking price for the 28-year-old winger or try to negotiate the price down as Manchester United have tried thus far.
