The Premier League have announced the fixtures for the 2017/18 campaign for all the 20 clubs who are set to participate next season.

Champions Chelsea will open the defence of their league title at home when they host Burnley on the first day of the new season. They have a mixed set of fixtures during the grueling festive period where they host newly promoted Brighton on Boxing Day and another home game against Stoke City a few days later before travelling to Arsenal on New Year’s Day. They will finish the campaign with a tricky away trip to Newcastle.




Runners-up Tottenham Hotspur will take an away trip to Newcastle United on the first day of the campaign and their festive period involves a home game against Southampton on Boxing Day, followed by West Ham at White Hart Lane before travelling Swansea on New Year’s Day. They will end the season with a home game against Leicester City.

Manchester City will kick off their campaign with an away trip to newly promoted and Premier League new boys Brighton. The Citizens have two tricky away games line up during the festive period – a trip to Newcastle United on Boxing Day and to Crystal Palace a few days later but they have a relatively easier home game against Watford on New Year’s Day. They will end the season with an away trip to St. Mary’s to take on Southampton.
 


Liverpool will open the 2017/18 season with an away trip to Watford, before hosting their first home game against Crystal Palace the following weekend. A home game against Swansea awaits them on Boxing Day and another Anfield fixture against Leicester a few days later. They will welcome the New Year with an away trip to Burnley. They will end the campaign at Anfield against Stoke City.

The first north London derby of the Premier League season will take place on 18th November at the Emirates between Arsenal and Tottenham and the first Manchester derby will be in December at Old Trafford. Manchester United and Liverpool will resume their north-west rivalry in the league on 14th October at Anfield.
