Rangers winger Harry Forrester has denied reports that he has been suspended by Gers boss Pedro Caixinha.

It has been claimed that Forrester has been told to stay away from Rangers' Auchenhowie training base and advised to find a new club by Caixinha.

Forrester's efforts in training are reported not to have impressed the Portuguese boss, who decided as a result to move to end the winger's Ibrox career.

But Forrester has rubbished reports he has been suspended by the club.

The winger wrote on Twitter: "Rumours and reports that I have been suspended are totally false and inaccurate."

Forrester was signed for Rangers by the club's former manager Mark Warburton and is remains to be seen whether he fits into Caixinha's plans.

The Portuguese has already made a raft of signings at Ibrox this summer as he looks to reshape his squad.

Forrester joined the Gers in the 2016 winter transfer window and initially impressed with the impact he made at Ibrox for the Gers.
