Everton target Marcelo Brozovic is not interested in a move to Russian giants Zenit St. Petersburg at present.

Brozovic has been linked with leaving Inter for the right price this summer and Everton discussed his situation during a meeting with Inter officials earlier this week.

Toffees officials met AC Milan, Inter and Juventus during a trip to Italy as they looked to lay the ground for a series of summer signings.

The Premier League club will be boosted by the fact that Brozovic has now knocked back one of their rivals for his signature.

According to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, Zenit are keen on Brozovic, but have hit a brick wall in their efforts to do a deal.
